Should Open Carry Be Banned at Lubbock City Council Meetings? [POLL]

On January 1, 2016, those who have a concealed handgun license will be allowed to carry any handgun openly. The handgun must be carried in a shoulder or belt holster according to the law. On Thursday the Lubbock City Council will consider two resolutions. One would prohibit citizens with a CHL from carrying a concealed handgun inside council chambers during council meetings. The other resolution would prohibit open carry during council meetings.
