The Lubbock Emergency Warning Task Force is putting together another proposal for the Lubbock City Council. The new proposal will be more specific and will still include the use of sirens for part of the warning system. According to reports, sirens could cost around $2 million dollars and would be up to the voters to decide how to pay for them. What do you think about Tornado Sirens? Should they be installed in Lubbock?
