Seasonal residents of Lincoln County, NM who lost homes and property from the Little Bear Fire are being urged to clear debris while relief organizations are still active in clean up.

Organizations such as Samaritan’s Purse and the Baptist Disaster Relief were on the ground helping owners clear debris before the fire was fully contained and now half of the lost property has been cleared and moved out of the area.

Many of the home sites still not cleared are the homes of part-time residents of Lincoln County.
