San Antonio Brothers Face Death Penalty in Rape of One’s 10-year-old and Triple Murder

Two brother face sexual exploitation and capital murder charges in San Antonio as prosecutors seek the death penalty.

32-year-old Conrad Ochoa and 37-year-old Baron Ochoa have been indicted on capital murder counts in the deaths of Conrad’s 10-year-old Daughter, Samvastion “Sammie” Ochoa, her 29-year-old mother, Rebecca “Veggie” Gonzalez, and their 41-year-old roommate, Pamela Wenske

Conrad and Baron, who were charged with possession of child pornography and continuous sexual abuse of a child, stabbed Conrad’s daughter and the two women to death a few days before the brothers faced their charges for sexually abusing the young girl.

After murdering the three, the brothers set the home on fire.

The attorneys for the brothers did not comment on the indictment and the brothers are being held in jail.
