On Tuesday, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) released a new ad airing in Iowa and New Hampshire would fool those not paying attention to the current presidential press that a movie is coming out about the U.S. Representative from Texas or that he is a fictitious character.

I thought this was a well done ad and it makes a clear attempt of distinctions between Paul and the other GOP hopefuls along with President Barack Obama, even with the super hero tones and lack of a PG rating disclaimer at the end of it.

Even his strong showing in the Iowa straw poll and his 4th place polling the latest Rasmussen Poll, Paul can still make some noise in the coming months in spite of some his rabid online supporters driving some undecided voters away from the candidate. We'll see.
