Governor Rick Perry hasn't been good in the GOP primary debates. In fact, he's been really bad. Last night though, bad turned into a disaster. Governor Perry was giving a strong statement on the 3 agencies he'd like to get rid of when disaster hit. According to the USA Today, it might have been the worst memory meltdown in the history of presidential debates.

"I will tell you, it is three agencies of government when I get there that are gone: Commerce, Education, and — what's the third one there? Let's see," Perry said, struggling to remember the third federal department he repeatedly has promised on the stump to eliminate. Texas Rep. Ron Paul suggested the Environmental ProtectionAgency as an option.

Pressed by moderator John Harwood to name the third agency, Perry finally acknowledged, "The third one, I can't. Sorry. Oops."

Oops indeed. I felt bad for Perry. It had to be embarrassing and uncomfortable. Until last night's meltdown, Perry was actually doing well when he was actually asked a question. The experts are now saying Perry is really done. What do you think? Is Perry's campaign done?
