Retail Gas Prices Slightly Drop in Texas

Gas prices in the state of Texas dropped slightly from last week.
According to AAA Texas, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gas is $3.17 per gallon, down a penny from last week.
For the second consecutive week, the city with the highest fuel prices in Texas is Dallas at $3.20 per gallon. El Paso is the cheapest city again with prices averaging at $2.96.
Nationally, the average price for fuel is $3.30 per gallon, down a penny from last week’s AAA survey.
