During The Chad Hasty Show on Thursday, Texas District 84 Representative John Frullo joined Chad in the KFYO studio to talk about the 85th Texas Legislature, bills he was involved with, and what's next in the state capitol.

Frullo and Hasty discussed many items, including the state's budget and the status of a veterinary program at Texas Tech University, property tax reform, the infamous heated argument involving sanctuary city protesters and Representatives Rinaldi and Nevarez, as well as the possibility of a special session being called.

While talking about the hot topic of TTU opening a veterinarian school, and his efforts to keep the issue alive, Frullo said,

The credit goes to Speaker Straus, and working with him, and what he was willing to do, and how he was willing to help me out with that.
