Representative Charles Perry Talks Special Session on Lubbock’s First News [AUDIO]

On Friday's edition of Lubbock's First News, state representative Charles Perry spoke with Chad and Rex about the special session of the Texas legislature.

Representative Perry speculated that the special session would  probably end today. He discussed a number of bills that were being discussed in the session, such as the budget and the Sanctuary Cities bills.  He also discussed the Rainy Day fund and how it might affect education.
