Friday on The Chad Hasty Show, District 19 Representative Jodey Arrington joined the program to discuss yesterday's testimony by James Comey in front of the Senate Intelligence Committee, the Financial Choice Act, health care reform and more.

Speaking about the testimony of James Comey in the Senate Intelligence Committee's hearing yesterday, and the political intrigue surrounding the entire investigation, Arrington said, "[Comey] politicized the investigation into the Hillary Clinton email issue. I think he lost credibility there as a witness." Arrington continued, saying, "I think it was not a good day for James Comey."

When asked by Hasty about the passage of the Financial Choice Act which is a reversal of the Dodd-Frank financial regulations, Arrington said,:

[Dodd-Frank] is big government run amok like we've never seen...In this [new] legislation we say no more taxpayer bailouts...And we're going to increase penalties, by the way, for fraud and deceptive practices. So this is a huge win for conservatives, it's a big win for rural America, for community banks.
