Rep. Randy Neugebauer: Obama Violated the Constitution

You can add Rep. Randy Neugebauer to the list of congressman who are unhappy about the recent appointment of Richard Cordray to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  The appointment was made without congressional approval.  Critics say that approval was needed.

“Certainly congress is not in recess,” Neugebauer said.  “The president clearly, I believe,

has violated the constitution.”

Neugebauer expects the appointment will be challenged legally.
