Texas Tech women’s soccer manages to pull off a win against Texas Christian University

The Red Raiders scored 2 -1 over the Horned Frogs at Garvey-Rosenthal Stadium in Fort Worth last Sunday.

Tech’s goals were scored by senior and Rowlett native Madison Terry and sophomore Jessica Fuston of Cedar Park.

Red Raider head coach Tom Stone discussed Terry’s playing, saying “Her goal tonight was pure guts and attitude – great header, but the way she went after was the most impressive part.”

Tech’s women’s soccer team will face off against Kansas this Friday at the John Walker Soccer Complex in Lubbock at 7 p.m.
