Reception Honoring Lubbock Police Department Retirees for 2012 Scheduled

A reception honoring some local law enforcement members who have retired will take place this week.

The reception will be held on Wednesday, January 30^th from 3 to 5 p.m. in the old City Council Chambers of the Lubbock Police Department, to honor Lubbock Police Department employees that retired in 2012.

Cake, punch, and coffee will be served, and an awards presentation will be held at 3:30 p.m.

The retirees are Thomas Esparza, Dana Weller, John Gomez, Roy Vieregge, Bill Carter, Mark Long, and David Henderson.

The Lubbock Police Department building is located at 916 Texas Avenue.
