David Trotter, recently indicted for receipt of child pornography, pleaded not guilty Friday morning in federal court.

KAMC News reports in December 2017, a 13-year-old girl and accused Trotter of recording a video of her getting out of the shower. After an investigation, no videos were found of the girl, but they did find explicit images of a teenage boy.

On Wednesday (May 9), a federal magistrate allowed Trotter to post bond for $150,000 and be let out of jail until his trial date. There would be specific conditions Trotter would have to obey if he were to be released.

Trotter pleaded not guilty, but a trial date was tentatively set for July 2nd. If convicted, Trotter faces up to 20 years in prison.
