Real Estate Expert Cheryl Isaacs Gives Tips on Home Buying [AUDIO]

During Tuesday's edition of Lubbock's First News on KFYO, Cheryl Isaacs of Coldwell Banker provided some tips to consider when buying a home.

When starting the home buying process, the best thing to do first is acquire a pre-approval letter from your lender. This makes the process much easier because your realtor can show homes to you that you can actually afford.

"It's just so much better when they get in the car and they walk in a house, they know they can afford it, all they got to say is "I like it" [or] "I don't like it." And I didn't build it or design it or decorate it, so it doesn't hurt my feelings if they don't like it. It's OK, we'll just move to the next one," Isaacs said.
