Lieutenant Ray Mendoza Talks About Arrest in Death of Nakasha Nolan [INTERVIEW]

Thursday on Lubbock's First News, Lieutenant Ray Mendoza, Public Information Officer for the Lubbock Police Department joined Tom Collins and Laura Mac to discuss developments in the stabbing death of Nakasha Nolan this past Tuesday.

Twenty three year-old Ruben Ramos III was arrested after he was brought in to the police station for questioning on Wednesday.

When asked whether the suspect admitted to the stabbing, Lt. Mendoza replied,

He did admit to his, to him ... stabbing her. And so there's still a lot of work to be done. And so, you know we're not going release all the details that he gave, because it's still an open investigation. And so we'll be releasing more as it becomes available.
