The Lubbock City Council met last night and a lot was discussed. Budget season is getting underway at City Hall and according to Cole Shooter of KFYO News, the first draft has taxes going up. The council approved annexation last night and heard about teen curfews. On going stories at City Hall include LP&L, Godeke Library, and the Victor Hernandez/Lee Ann Dumbauld issue.
