Rate the Job Performance of the Lubbock City Council [POLL]

The Lubbock City Council will meet again this week with much to discuss. Of course the on-going issue between Councilman Victor Hernandez and City Manager Lee Ann Dumbauld continues. Recently, the council voted to approve a rate hike for LP&L starting June 1st. Leading up to this weeks meeting, how would rate the job performance lately of the Lubbock City Council?
