He hasn't been in office very long, but Senator Ted Cruz is grabbing a lot of headlines. In the short time Cruz has been in office, he has grilled Chuck Hagel who Obama wants as the next Secretary of Defense. Cruz filed a bill to repeal ObamaCare because it was a campaign promise even though it has no shot of going anywhere. Cruz has also been hit by Democrats and some Republicans for speaking out too much instead of taking a back-seat to more senior members of the Senate.
