Prosperity Bank in North Lubbock Robbed at Gunpoint

A North Lubbock bank was robbed Saturday morning at gunpoint according to the Lubbock Police.

Prosperity Bank at 114 N. University was robbed around 11:30 a.m. Saturday and police are still searching for the suspect.

The suspect is described as a male who is 5’8 in height weighing 150 pounds with a thin build and wearing a camouflage Texas Tech hat, a black and white strpied shirt, and black pants.

The suspect brandished a hand gun and fled with an undisclosed amount of money. He drove away in a late 90′s White Tahoe with tinted windows from the scene.

Anyone with information in the case is urged to contact Crimeline at 741-1000.
