Here are just a few things in Chad’s Pile that you will hear on Lubbock’s First News this morning. Give Chad your feedback on the steaming topics.

1. Michelle Obama wants you to eat healthy, but her husband... (link)

Last week Michelle Obama and the USDA unveiled the new nutritional plate and urged American's to eat better. A couple of days later though, President Obama was seen having a not so nutritional meal of chili dogs, 2 to be exact. I don't blame him though. I wouldn't listen to Michelle about nutritional things either.

2. Teen unemployment up (link)

Remember when you were a teenager and got a job during the Summer? Well, it's not so easy for today's teenagers. According to CBS News, teen unemployment stands at 24%. That is pretty high. What jobs did you work during the Summer?

3. NATO might send in ground troops (link)

This probably doesn't surprise anyone at all, but NATO is coming closer and closer to sending ground troops into Libya. This will probably restart the discussion on whether or not the United States is taking the right roll on this mission.

4. Pope Benedict XVI wants people to get married (link)

The Pope was in Croatia and denounced Europeans who have decided to just live together and have kids without getting married. The Pope also denounced abortion during his trip and stressed traditional family values.
