Portions of Frankford Avenue to be Re-Opened Wednesday

Traffic at a construction ridden portion of a road in Southwest Lubbock will be re-opened.

Traffic along Frankford Avenue between 98^th street and 114^th street will be moved to the newly paved east side tomorrow after 10am.

The move is being made so contractors can widen the west side of the road. The streets, alleys, and driveways along the west side of Frankford will be systematically closed to be rebuilt.

Residents will need to seek alternative routes for these short term closures.
