On Wednesday's edition of Lubbock's First News, Father Malcolm of the Catholic Diocese of Lubbock, talked with Tom Collins and Laura Mac about the Vatican exhibit coming to Lubbock.

The National Exhibits Association will be bringing the Vatican exhibit "I Have Come To You Again," to the Catholic Renewal Center at 4620 4th Street. The exhibit celebrates the life and time of Pope John Paul II, and will feature over 100 personal items from the Pope and the Vatican.

Father Malcolm said that this is the first time the Vatican has ever released this many items to a foreign country. He also discussed some of the history behind electing the Pope, as the papal conclave continues to deliberate on who will be the next Pope.

The exhibit will open to public on Friday, March 15th, and will be available until May 31st. For more information on the exhibit and to purchase tickets, visit the official website at nationalexhibits.org.
