Police dogs have tracked down Britt Privatte in some north Harris County woods.

The Houston bank robber had been serving time for the January holdup at the time of his March 17 escape.

The fugitive had been spotted walking from a hotel by police.

Authorities chased Privatte into a tree and when he jumped and attempted to run dogs took him down.

After being treated for dog bites he was returned to the Conroe lockup.

11 inmates are being charged with hindering apprehension and a man from Cleveland, TX is facing tampering charges in connection to the escape.
