Opinion: IRS Leaker’s Fate Depends on Convenience

The National Review reported that the person responsible for leaking private donor information about conservative groups to liberal ones had been discovered.

Of course, regardless that this person has committed a felony, their identity has not been released, citing privacy, a right this person did not give their political opponents.

The question now is will this IRS person face their legal responsibilities.

With Eric Holder’s actions since becoming attorney general we can be sure that if it helps the administration he will be stockade at break neck speed.

Unfortunately, since this person was damaging conservative groups I imagine that well be lucky to ever know who this person is, and expecting prosecution will be laughable.
