Here are just a few things in Chad’s Pile that you will hear on Lubbock’s First News this morning. Give Chad your feedback on the steaming topics.

1. Health Care in the courts (link) and (link)

A panel of Judges in a federal appeals court seem a bit shaky on if ObamaCare is actually legal. According to the AP:

All three judges on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals panel questioned whether upholding the landmark law could open the door to Congress adopting other sweeping economic mandates. The panel is made up of two Democratic appointees and one Republican appointee.

This could get interesting...

2. Only 24% of Americans say they share Obama's political views (link)

A new Rasmussen Poll out says that only 24% of Americans actually believe the crap Obama is spewing out. Not really surprising. Most of Obama's supports voted for him for many reasons other than political ones.

3. Anthony Weiner, Spokesman? (link)

The website sugarsugar.com has offered Rep. Anthony Weiner $50,000 to become their new spokesman. The company says that they are legit and that it's a legit offer. Who knows, after he is thrown out of Congress he will need a job.
