Northwest Lubbock Affected by Saturday Evening Power Outage

About 200 homes lost electrical service from Lubbock Power & Light Saturday evening in two different parts of northwest Lubbock.
The two areas where power was lost were the Milwaukee Avenue corridor, south of 4th Street and the neighborhoods around the intersection of 4th Street and Frankford Avenue.
The height of the outage took place between 6:00-6:30pm.
As of 7:15pm, Lubbock Power and Light has not determined a cause for the outage.
