Hundreds of families came out for Nightmare on 19th Street in Lubbock's annual trick-or-treat night for kids.

Nightmare On 19th Street held their annual Little Kids Trick-or-Treat Thursday night. On this one night, Lubbock's largest haunted theme park puts away all the scary stuff and marches the kids around a trail on the midway.

Hundreds of kids and parents came out for the fun. The free event is put on with the help of Sonic Drive-Ins, My Phatt Tees, The Boy Scouts and Abbeyville Dentistry. This event was originally conceived by FMX's The RockShow as a way to keep that Halloween spirit we enjoyed as kids alive.

The event is always held on the Thursday before Halloween, that way the kids can still have Halloween and the parents are still able to enjoy their festivities.
