New Principal for Wolffarth Elementary Chosen in Lubbock ISD Board Meeting

The Lubbock ISD Board of Trustees met yesterday, naming a new principal for an elementary school. The current principal of Bayless Elementary Elsa Montes has been named as the Wolffarth Elementary principal effective immediately.Retiree Nancy Merrill will take over interim principal duties at Bayless.

The board also approved the installation of new windows at Dupre, Hodges, McWhorter and Atkins schools.

April 9th was announced as the make-up snow-day for this semester Thursday as well.
