New Lawsuit Filed Against Stanley Marsh 3
Multiple media outlets in Amarillo, including NewsChannel 10, have reported that a new lawsuit has been filed against millionaire artist Stanley Marsh 3.
The latest suit was filed by seven men, who are named as "John Doe" in the suit. They allege that Marsh 3 sexually abused them when they were minors and then paid them thousands of dollars. They are seeking $50 million in damages.
The abuse allegedly occurred between November 2009 to June 2011.
Last year, Marsh 3 was indicted on four counts of sexual assault of a child, eight counts of sexual performance by a child, and two counts of indecency with a child.
Stanley Marsh 3 is famous for the creation of the "Cadillac Ranch" along Interstate 40 near Amarillo. The site features 10 Cadillacs buried nose down and painted in various designs.
