Wednesday on Lubbock's First News, Liz Burkhardt with the Church Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints, described the community Christmas exhibit that will include nativity sets from around the world, musical performances, and other art.

The 5th annual exhibit will be displayed from December 5-8, from 1:00-9:00 p.m. each day. It is a completely free event. Burkhardt said, "It's a gift to the whole community. We have people from the whole community participating." This year's theme is “Take a Moment to Enjoy the True Meaning of Christmas – A Lubbock Family Tradition.” She added, "You can just relax a little bit and start your Christmas season peacefully." The exhibit is located at the LDS Meetinghouse at 7014 Frankford Avenue. There will be a live broadcast of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Christmas devotional on Sunday evening to conclude.

More information can be on the Lubbock Nativity website.
