Texas DPS has released the identity of the driver killed Monday night (June 18) in a one-vehicle rollover on I-27 just north of Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport.

22 year-old Joshua James Egloff, of Lubbock, was killed in the accident. He was driving a 2013 Lexus in the northbound main lanes when he lost control, struck the center median and a light pole. The vehicle then rolled over, ejecting Egloff from the vehicle.

Egloff was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, and speed is being investigated as a contributing factor in the accident.
