Tuesday, the 38-year-old mother of murdered Lubbock County teen Holli Jeffcoat was indicted by a Lubbock County grand jury.

Debi Holland was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of the elderly or disabled.

According to previous court records, Holland is not accused of committing the abuse against Jeffcoat, who suffered from mental disabilities. Instead, Holland is facing charges for facilitating her husband, 39-year-old James Holland, in committing the abuse.

As of Tuesday night, James Holland was being held in the Lubbock County Detention Center on a $2 million bond. He's been charged with Continued Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

Debi Holland is being held in lieu of a $500,000 bond.

At this time, no one has been charged for the February 10 murder of Holli Jeffcoat.
