Monday during The Chad Hasty Show on KFYO, Chad broke into a rant about recent events where Councilman Victor Hernandez, via an April 16th open letter on Facebook, called District 28 Senator Charles Perry a racist, bigot and described him as “unchristianly” for authoring Senate Bill 185, the “Sanctuary Cities” legislation. Hernandez states that the bill is an “act of terrorism” against Hispanics.

During his monologue, Hasty said of Hernandez, "He's accusing Perry of playing politics, that's exactly what Victor's doing." Hasty continued, "This is Victor Hernandez either, one, being ignorant, or number two, being an outright liar. Victor Hernandez doesn't understand what he's talking about."

Hasty went on to talk specifically about what actually is, and is not in the bill, and how the law would affect law enforcement officers as well as the Hispanic community.

Listen to Chad's latest thoughts on the matter in the video box above.
