Two new players will join the Red Raider volleyball team.

Head coach Don Flora announced midterm transfers Tori Jobe and Rachel Brummitt will join the Texas Tech volleyball program for the spring semester.

Jobe will have four years of eligibility after redshirting her first semester at Long Beach State. The Amarillo native was listed as a top 150 “Senior Ace” by Prep Volleyball out of high school.

Plano native Brummitt was also a top recruit out of high school, and scored 688 digs at Radford University, a new school record.

“Tori’s tools, release, and volleyball knowledge make her a quality addition to the Red Raider volleyball family,” Flora said. He also discussed Brummitt, saying “We believe her training through high school, club, and one year of college have helped her develop into a quality volleyball player.”

Flora also signed four high school recruits to national letters of intent for the fall semester.
