Two men from San Antonio have been sentenced for an aggravated robbery spree that ended with 68 cents from three victims.

According to the San Antonio Express-News, 20-year-old Arnulfo Ernesto Hernandez and 19-year-old Ryan Huerta called police to falsely report that they were the robbery victims after Huerta’s parent’s car was damaged in a wreck during the crimes.

The men shot their rifle into the air during the robberies, but no one was hurt.

A San Antonio judge Monday sentenced Hernandez to 20 years after he plead guilty to aggravated robbery.

Huerta had already been sentenced to 18 years for his role in the crimes.
