At a recent meeting, city manager Lee Ann Dumbauld presented plans for changes in the health department, and then refused to take questions.  Health board member Brian Carr took issue with the plans.  According to the mayor, the meeting turned uncivil.

“I think there should have been more discourse,” Martin told KFYO.  “The other side of the coin is there was some over-the-top questioning going on by one member of the health board.  Both sides were out of line in my opinion.”

KFYO’s Chad Hasty asked Martin if there was a discussion with Dumbauld about the incident and how to handle it in the future?

“Yes,” Martin said.

The details were not revealed.
