Mayor Tom Martin On Lubbock’s First News [AUDIO]

Lubbock Mayor Tom Martin joined KFYO's Rex Andrew and Paul R. Beane on the Friday edition of Lubbock's First News to discuss Thursday's council meeting.

A large portion of the discussion focused on the new city ordinance that would allow LPD to tow vehicles if the driver doesn't have valid liability insurance.
