Mayor Glen Robertson Says the City Is Looking Aggressively for Another Option Regarding Godeke Library

Godeke Library is currently located in space the city is renting.  In an interview on KFYO, Mayor Glen Robertson made it clear he wants another arrangement.

“ I don’t like the lease,” the mayor said. “ I don’t like the rate we’re paying.  I have no problem with the library.  It’s a good library.  But it’s not a good use for the city because we’re paying way too much money.”

The mayor said the city has not found a viable option yet, but the city is looking aggressively.
