Monday on The Chad Hasty Show, GOP strategist Matt Mackowiak spoke with Chad about a number of current topics, including the possible entry of Vice President Joe Biden into the Democratic race for the presidential nomination, as well as the state of Texas removing Planned Parent from Medicaid.

With the buzz currently saying that Joe Biden will make an announcement about his decision within the next 48 hours, Hasty asked Mackowiak whether or not he thinks Biden will enter the race. Mackowiak replied, "I think it's more likely than not. I think it's a close call, but I just think that what's really driving this for him is, you know this report that his two sons including his late son Beau Biden you know, really urged him to run. And then secondly you know that he's been Vice President for the last seven years, and really feels like he can do the job. He's closer to the Presidency than he's ever been ... I think that, my guess is he feels like there's enough uncertainty related to the email scandal with Hillary that he should get in."

Mackowiak also commented on the recent news that Texas health officials have decided to cut Planned Parenthood completely out of the state's Medicaid program because of the recent issues revealed in recent undercover videos.
