Monday on The Chad Hasty Show, Washington Times columnist and political analyst Matt Mackowiak joined Chad to discuss the latest in news and politics, including the use of private property where the border wall with Mexico will be built.

About the likelihood of eminent domain being used by the government on those lands where the wall would be built, Mackowiak said,

I think that it probably fits within the justification, the lead justification as required for imminent domain to be used, but obviously it will get tied up in litigation.

Mackowiak and Hasty also talked about progress on tax and health insurance reform, turmoil among staffers in the White House, and conflicts between the U.S. and Syria, as well as possible U.S. action in North Korea.
