Facebook

One of the two suspects that allegedly robbed two Texas Tech Track athletes at their apartment complex earlier this month has been arrested.  26 year old Vincent Oliva was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.

Oliva and another man robbed Olivia Lewis and Tara Thomas at gunpoint at the University Pointe Apartments on May 9th. The two were on their way to the airport for the out of state Big 12 Championship game in Kansas.

Thomas was in her vehicle when she was robbed, while another man confronted Lewis near the building at the same time. Police are still searching for the second suspect in the robbery. Oliva is being held in lieu of a $150,000 bond at the Lubbock County Jail.
