Lubbock Woman Struck By Vehicle Wednesday Afternoon

A Lubbock woman was struck by a car and sent to the hospital with serious injuries Wednesday (January 16th) afternoon.

KAMC News reports that the crash happened in the area of 27th Street and Slide Rad at around 7 p.m.

The woman, whose name has not been released, was hit by a vehicle as she attempted to cross the street.

LPD crash investigators were sent to the scene.
