A Lubbock business owner has been honored.

Wingstop honored its top performing franchise brand partners and vendors during the company’s 10th International Convention in Las Vegas.

The group honored Nathan Cage as the “Local Restaurant Marketer of the Year.” Cage owns three Wingstop locations in the Lubbock area.

A press release from the group points out that over the past four years, Cage introduced a partnership with Texas Tech and Wingstop, and has been directly involved in the community.

Cage also received a “Top Gun” award at the convention, which is given to restaurants that exemplify the highest quality food, outstanding operations, and hospitality.

“Nathan operates exemplary restaurants in Lubbock and we are honored to have him as a member of our franchise team,” said Charlie Morrison, Wingstop President and CEO.

Wingstop has more than 550 restaurants across the United States and Mexico.
