A Lubbock teenager involved in a fatal car accident, after alleged underage drinking, will go to trial on multiple counts.

Tuesday, 17 year-old Jessica Traylor was indicted by a Lubbock County jury on one count of intoxication manslaughter and four counts of intoxication assault with a motor vehicle.

Back on April 29, Traylor ran a red light at 19th & Quaker, causing a six car accident, which killed 47 year-old Liandro Garcia and severely injured two others. She is also facing two civil lawsuits as a result of the accident, one of those suits is a wrongful death suit.
