Lubbock Police Searching for Missing 21 Year-Old
Lubbock Police are searching for a missing 21 year-old man.
Michael Scott Notinger went missing on Tuesday. He’s described as a white man, 5 foot 8, 160 pounds, with short hair, last seen wearing a blue polo shirt. Notinger turned 21 on Sunday and his last known location was the Gateway at Lubbock apartment complex at 210 North Winston Avenue.
