Lubbock Police Search For Valero Robbery Suspect

Lubbock Police are searching for a man that robbed a convenience store Sunday evening.

Officers were called to a robbery at the Valero store at 33^rd Street and Avenue Q at 7:15 p.m. Sunday, December 22^nd.

According to LPD, the suspect entered the Valero carrying a handgun and demanded that the clerk open the register.

He then fled the scene northeast on foot after taking an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a black male, between 35 to 50 years of age, standing around 5’10” and weighing around 150 pounds.

Police say that this may be the same suspect from the November 30^th robbery at the same location.
