Lubbock Police Search For Stripes Robbery Suspect

Lubbock Police are searching for the man suspected of attempting to rob a convenience store.

The man reportedly went into the Stripes location at 34^th Street and Avenue Q around 4 a.m. Monday morning, brandished a knife, and demanded money from the cashier.

The cashier locked herself in the office of the store and the suspect fled the business.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 30 to 35 years of age, standing 5’7” tall, and weighing around 180 pounds. He is bald and has tattoos down his arms.
