Cole Shooter, KFYO.com

Lubbock Police are searching for the person that robbed a Lowe’s Market on Monday morning.

As the store manager of the Lowe’s Market at 2706 26th Street unlocked the front doors to open the business, a Hispanic male walked up, pointed a gun at the manager, and demanded to go inside at around 5:38 a.m. on Monday, January 6th.

The suspect demanded money and struck the manager over the head, causing minor injury. The suspect escaped with an undisclosed amount of money.

Lubbock Police say the suspect is described as a Hispanic male, standing around 5’10” tall, and is reportedly in his late twenties to early thirties. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans.

His vehicle is described as a white passenger car that is very dirty and looks like an older Ford Crown Victoria police car or Ford Taurus.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Line at 741-1000.
