Lubbock Police Arrest Officer for Prostitution
A Lubbock Police Department officer was arrested Tuesday night (Feb. 17) at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport.
The officer, 36-year-old Dustin Wayne Hatley, was exiting a flight when he was arrested. Hatley was then transported to Lubbock County Detention Center for booking.
According to a Lubbock Police news release, the department received information alleging that Hatley was engaging in off-duty criminal activity. Following an investigation, an arrest warrant was issued.
Hatley was charged with Prostitution and Official Oppression. He has been placed on Administrative Leave pending further investigation.
